Why Strategy Shark Exists

Strategy Shark exists to help leaders make better decisions when the answers are not obvious.
Most businesses are not short on ideas, data, or activity. They are short on clarity. Teams move fast, initiatives stack, and decisions get made without a shared understanding of what actually matters or why. Over time, that creates noise, wasted effort, and misalignment instead of momentum.
Strategy Shark was built to sit in that gap. Not to sell predefined services, but to help founders and leadership teams slow the right moments down, ask better questions, and turn complexity into clear direction. The goal is not to seek out work. The goal is better intelligence, solid strategy, and purposeful execution as the business grows.

Every engagement follows the same problem-solving mindset. We build intelligence to understand what is actually happening, develop strategy to clarify priorities and tradeoffs, and stay close to execution so decisions hold up in the real world. Not every engagement includes all three, but the emphasis always follows the problem, not a predefined process.

About the Founder

I’m a strategy-driven leader, investor, and operator with more than 20 years of experience helping businesses grow from early traction to market leadership. My background spans Fortune 500 brands and fast-scaling startups, giving me a practical view of what it actually takes to scale.
I began my career at Nielsen, where I built a foundation in consumer behavior, research, and analytics. I carried that discipline into insights and brand strategy roles at The Coca-Cola Company, helping shape iconic brands and launch products in billion-dollar categories.
From there, I led strategy and marketing for high-growth CPG companies including The Honey Pot Company and Cirkul. I built teams from the ground up, led repositioning and innovation efforts, and supported successful private equity outcomes. My experience includes brand architecture, go-to-market strategy, retail and DTC expansion, paid media, consumer insights, and P&L ownership.
I founded Strategy Shark to bring that level of senior thinking and partnership to founders and leadership teams who need clarity, not noise. I’ve sat at the boardroom table and on the operating floor, and I know how to help teams make decisions that move the business forward.
