Chris Webb is a strategy-driven leader, investor, and operator with over 15 years of experience guiding businesses from early growth to market leadership — across both Fortune 500 brands and fast-scaling startups.
Chris began his career in insights and brand strategy at The Coca-Cola Company, where he helped shape iconic brands and launched new products that captured market share in billion-dollar categories. His deep exposure to marketing, analytics, and innovation laid the foundation for his ability to lead both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
He went on to hold executive roles at high-growth CPG companies, including The Honey Pot Company and Cirkul, where he led brand strategy, built marketing departments from the ground up, and played a key role in successful private equity exits. His experience spans brand architecture, go-to-market strategy, retail and DTC expansion, consumer insights, innovation pipelines, and P&L leadership.
In founding Strategy Shark, Chris brings together his experience in corporate strategy, investor-backed growth, and consumer-centric execution to help small businesses move forward with clarity and confidence. He understands what it takes to scale — because he’s done it from both sides of the table.
